"Tours by Woody!"

Ocean View, Hampton Coliseum, Hampton Roads Tunnel, Sand Bridge
Let the party resume!

This video clip starts from the “Ocean View” side of Hampton Roads Tunnel to 1st Bay. Of course the original ‘down-town’ Ocean View, The Rocket, and Amusement Park are long gone. However, are memories are not.
This clip finds Woody, Cecle, MJ Foghat, and Jewels having a little difficulty finding “Thrill Hill”. What did I just say about our memories?

Yes, it was 10th Bay. Or was it 9th Bay? Or maybe even 8th? Help our memories...
Though “The Doyle” didn’t have the camera on, we did find my place (Woody’s). Then we found Cecle/Stan/Bags/Gus’ old place on 16th Bay (or was it 19th Bay?). Fond memories but it just wasn’t the same. Something was missing. Our friends of course…
We finally found “Sand Bridge” --- south of Virginia Beach. Cecle and Woody remember partying there in a ‘house on stilts’ that was owned by a buddy of Snakes. Cecle remembers living there as well. Ah, what memories…
Picture at left is of Neil "Jewels" Appel and Cecle "Coyote" Doyle. Dude, where is Foghat?

Hampton Roads Coliseum, home of many concerts we attended in 1973. Which was your favorite? Do you remember ANY of them?
While you watch the clip at the left, imagine yourself driving back to Ocean View after a killer Jethro Tull concert. Dude, it doesn’t get any better than this…
